Our stay was a fun-filled adventure with something for everyone in the family. The campground is spacious and had plenty of activities, which kept our little ones entertained. While the cabins were adorable, the dining options were limited, but the food we tried was fantastic. If you're looking for a place that feels like home but also allows you to enjoy the outdoors, this is the spot!

I had a great time at this campground, especially with the fantastic pool area and well-kept grounds. The tubing down the river was a highlight for the family, although the lack of additional pool options felt like a missed opportunity given the campground size. The gravel tent site had its perks, but the restroom facilities were quite disappointing and not conveniently located for nighttime use. I might consider coming back, but not for tent camping.
Rooms

We camped on a gravel site that had water and electric, which was nice, but it lacked the traditional tent setups.

However, the cleanliness of the bathrooms was disappointing, and we encountered some issues with security during our stay.

I had a really nice stay at this property, which was clean and well-maintained, offering plenty of entertainment options for the kids. The sites were decent for RV parking, though one of our sites had quite a slope which made it tricky for outdoor activities. The biggest downside was the mosquito situation—definitely pack extra bug spray! Despite the bugs, it was a great experience overall with good security and fun facilities.
Rooms

The RV sites were decent, two of which were level with enough space for outdoor enjoyment.
Service

Lake George Escape is a fantastic campground that immerses you in nature with lots of activities for the family. The staff is exceptional and makes you feel welcome, but there can be some issues with site availability, which can be frustrating. While the pricing felt a bit high this year given the reduced activities, overall, the experience of floating down the Schroon River and enjoying the evenings with music and fires is exceptional.
Rooms

The campground itself has great facilities like pedal karts, golf karts, and a well-stocked store, but we noted that some activities were limited this year.
